DJ’s Agreement:

 

I _______________________ agree to pay Lorene Savelli, of Jammin with Gary the sum of $300.00 minimum or $150.00 an hour for the first 4 hours, additional time is $75.00 an hour for services rendered.  A Non refundable $50.00 deposit is required to hold the date.  Approximately ____ hours of entertainment is expected.  Please respond as soon as possible to guarantee your date.
